This September I will be cycling the 38 mile Tour de 4 alongside my dad and his friends Kevin and Ivor to raise funds for the incredible "Maggies" Cancer support charity.

As some of you know dad was diagnosed with stage 3 Prostate cancer last summer. Over the past year he has shown incredible strength, determination and resilience as he continues to show cancer who's boss.

Throughout his treatment our family has been so grateful for the support provided by Maggie’s. The wonderful team at their new centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Bodelwyddan, has been hugely supportive and we'd love to give something back by fundraising for this amazing charity during our ride.

thank you so much to everyone for your donations and words of encouragement. Last weekend we had a wonderful day cycling the tour de 4, meeting wonderful people along the way. The atmosphere as wonderful and it was just all in all a great day.

We are also so happy to say that as of last week dad (Brian) is now in remission and we hope to keep it that way and will continue to raise money for maggies so they can continue to help others in the way they have helped us over the last year.
