I’m taking part in Tour de 4 2026, the cycling event launched by Sir Chris Hoy following his Stage 4 cancer diagnosis. It brings together people living with Stage 4 cancer, alongside friends, families and supporters, to ride side by side and raise vital funds.

The event is about showing that a diagnosis does not define a person, and highlighting what life with Stage 4 cancer can look like: strength, resilience and determination.

All funds raised will go to charities supporting people affected by Stage 4 cancer. If you’re able to donate or share, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps provide vital support and care.

I’m raising money to benefit Prostate Scotland, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about Prostate Scotland: We are a Scottish charity set up to provide information, advice and help on prostate health and diseases test and treatments. Nearly 1 in 2 men in Scotland will be affected by prostate disease at some stage of their lives and 1 in 10 are likely to develop prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in Scotland. Our Mission is to ‘inform, educate, support, campaign and advance on prostate disease in Scotland’.
