My tenant's daughter has Cancer

Hey everyone, I am Del, I'm a Buffalo Landlord. It really isn't up to me to help and some might find it weird, but I am trying because it is the right thing to do. My tenant has done so much to win his daughter's heart that he has become an inspiration for me. Now that he has gotten his life together, he has become an amazing father and continues to cherish his daughter every day and count his blessings. In my opinion, he deserves every bit of happiness that comes his way. He often can't believe how lucky he is to have such a beautiful family, making his personal reformation so much more rewarding.

However, one day after complaining of leg pain and after her dad's insistence, she received an MRI and was later diagnosed with Osteosarcoma.

This was a crushing blow to her family.

Her prospects have become grim; needless to say, she's not going to any more dance classes anytime soon. As many of you know, the costs of cancer extend well beyond that covered by basic health insurance. Her father is my tenant and is fully paid up on rent; he owes me nothing, but I owe it to him and the world at large to use my technical expertise to make this happen for him and help pave the way for others to express their kindness!

If you look hard, you'll find that the world is a beautiful and giving place, no matter how loud the negativity becomes. Thank you for helping Leah, I can think of no greater cause at this time for me to learn how to start a fundraiser like this one.
