My sweet pup Oonagh needs surgery asap to remove lump

Hello, recently I took my sweet pup to the vet as there had been a dense lump on her thigh that wouldn’t go away. It has changed in size randomly and wasn’t a fatty lump. She’s my soul puppy and my heart. They told me they want to operate to remove it and they can get her in this month on the 21st! But I feel like I’m failing her because even with care credit I don’t have enough to cover her surgery. I’m looking for second or third jobs and doing all I can. I just need to do all I can for her. She’s helped me through so much and I can’t even begin to describe how she’s saved me. I need to be able to do this for her.
