My baby boy Julius had his first urinary blockage in October 2019. It was absolutely traumatizing for him and for us. After it was treated, he did not eat for 2 weeks and had to be hospitalized and tube fed at the hospital. Our biggest fear was that it would happen again, but we were hopeful because we completely changed his diet and put him on Rx and wet food. This morning our biggest fear came true. He has another urinary blockage. We are devastated. We have tried to be so careful with his diet. We have already spent about $1200 trying to find what’s wrong, now he has to be hospitalized tonight after he spends the day at his regular vet. We are looking at a total cost of $3000.
