My sweet girls mysterious medical journey continues

For those of you have been following Mias medical journey - I am sure it’s discouraging to see a post such as this yet again.

The medical mystery that is Mia has continued over recent months.

In July she was diagnosed with Anemia - and even the doctors weren’t convinced. She’s been treated with harsh steroids, blood thinners, and auto-immune antibiotics for months. In October she began with significant nose bleeds. As a team we decided a full body CT was necessary to try and target the source. This scan was nearly inconclusive aside from a small lesion in her nostril. The next step would be to scope and biopsy that area. This treatment plan was interrupted by an extreme skin infection that has taken over Mias neck and back. We have been unable to determine the source of this horrific infection. This morning the nose bleeds began again.

I hate to ask for help after how generous my friends and family have been in the past - but Mia is still the same energetic sweet girl that I’m not ready to give up on. Her medical journey has been extremely expensive and moving forward to get her well, I unfortunately need assistance. Please keep my girl in your prayers and I thank anyone for any bit of help they may be able to offer.
