I do not know where to start on this entire process on becoming blind. It happened about 4 years ago with losing my sight overnight due to ulcers on the cornea. That were treated correctly in lake City in Gainesville and the corn is we're eventually eating away from multiple corneal ulcers which now required an artificial cornea transplant to fix them I had an artificial cornea transplant I've had eyelid surgery to remove my eyelashes I've had a cornea clearing surgery to remove callus skin that had grown over my eyes I had the surgery in each eye I haven't had the cornea transplant in the right eye yet I keep getting infections over my eyelids which is taking away a little bit of vision each time I have one of these infections and each infection is worse than the last no doctor knows what it is I've been in the hospital probably 10 15 times with the same infection no doctor can figure it out so I'm going back and forth to different doctors trying to find an answer to what's going on with me because if I don't the doctor told me if it gets to my brain it will kill me, in the last 4 years due to me becoming disabled I have lost my job I have lost my marriage I have lost my house and now I'm only on social security disability of making $1,400 a month which doesn't pay for much, I'm being humble enough to try to get assistance with some medical bills and to get ahead so that I can start looking for housing and become as independent as I can with being legally blind however it's been a challenge with being in and out of the hospitals almost every month if you have the ability to donate something it would greatly be appreciative, no one understands how humbling this is until they're in it, I'm not even able to help my daughters financially as any parent would want to do,this has been one hell of a life changing event , Blessings and Thank you
