My stepmother wants to murder me.

I'm a 22-year-old struggling artist who is being forced to stay home and not go anywhere. My stepmother won't let me get a license or any sort of agency for myself because she doesn't trust me, despite no inciting incidents or doing anything wrong. She regularly verbally abuses me and has threatened to murder me on multiple occasions, and my friends are always so scared and worried for me. I'm tired of burdening them. I just want to get out of here, help me please.
