Jesse’s Healing Journey: Broken Neck and More

Jesse is a wonderful and loving father. He’s a loving son, grandson, and a very protective older brother to his two sisters. He has so many friends and family who love him. He loves the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. He loves cracking jokes and having a good time. He loves spending time with his kids and dogs.

Jesse was in a freak accident while operating a skid steer. He was thrown from it and pinned by the bucket. He had to be life flighted to St. Louis. He suffered a broken neck, a broken jaw in three places, which will be wired shut for six weeks. His left ear was severed and had to be stitched back together, and he has many lacerations on his face, for which most of his left dominant side is stitched up. He also had a swollen eye, which luckily he will not lose any sight in. He has one or two more surgeries ahead of him and a long road of recovery to go, plus many months of physical therapy.

He had changed jobs a few months ago due to moving, so he did not have health insurance. We’re asking for anything anyone can help with for medical bills. We really appreciate any help anyone can give. Thank you and God bless.
