Hi, my name is Jared Long and I never in all my life thought I would be where I am today. Im an average 48 year old father of 4 with a spectacular wife, yes I married way above my station, I admit it. I have 4 kids that are all heads and shoulders above their Dad at least thats what they would tell you, ohhhh and so would I about most of them at least. So I joke, but you have to laugh or you go insane. I would say especially about the one that this whole request about funds is all about is definetly 10x the man I am.

He is a special young man that you could of told me a 1,000,000×500 that he would be sick and I never would of believed you. You see I thought I had an understanding between the powers that be and myself that the one thing I could not handle, survive, experience or however you want to say it, was seeing one of my babies critically ill. I watched this torture, drain, bankrupt and eventually take my grandparents away from those who loved them and shattered their believes like I never thought it could or ever would. It was their second oldest this is my second youngest. My son, my best bud has Cancer. Metastatic Ewings Sarcoma for those familar. God I hope reading this you arent and if you are by going or have gone through it God bless you and those you care about. Any parent going through this, unless independently wealthy with health insuarance, knows the financial toll it takes.

Both Cam and I have had issues that have affected our job performances and our jobs may be in jeopardy. If you want to know more please shoot me a message and I will PM you the details in more depth and yes both of us are on intermittent FMLA. This protects you for a solid 12 weeks than you are up a creek without any recourse. So I changed the goal for this donation. We will need much more than what I put there, but that is going to cover our treatment costs, lost wages, motgage payment, basic utilities and anything else that we have not figured into this just yet for the next 90 days.
