My Son Bruce jr. burial need help

As many of my family and friends know my son Bruce jr. was born with ducheyne muscular dystophy.  He is in the final stages of life and wasn't suppose to live through his teen years.  We were blessed to have him for 25 years now but his heart and lungs are shutting down.  It's difficult to purchase life insurance for someone in this condition so the only one we have is $5,000 from his mothers work.  I reserved a plot for him at St. Joseph's cemetary with a down payment but it must be paid in full before he can be buried there.  We need help in order for that to happen.  We need to pay off the plot, pay for casket, vault, hearse transport, opening and closing of grave, and if enough raised a head stone.  The insurance will only be enough to cover funeral costs and we are at a loss for how to raise all this money needed.  Please give a hand and share this post and fundraiser with your own friends and family.  We really need your help.   Whether you're able to donate or not I love you all, and, even just a share of this post will help.
