My Snowdon climb for Teckels.

Hello, my name is Traci and on May 17th I shall be climbing Mount Snowdon.

I am doing so to raise awareness about the vital work and ongoing funding we need to care for our dogs and cats here at Teckels.

I have been volunteering and working for this charity since the Covid outbreak and understand firsthand the challenges met by the team to provide the best support for all our animals on a daily bases! Our continuing costs have to cover food and shelter along with additional care requirements such as specialised diets and medication and this can be expensive!

Dogs like our beautiful boy Roly (pictured) a current resident here at the sanctuary depend hugely on public generosity and kind donations to ensure we can give him everything he needs until he finds a forever home!

During the pandemic dogs especially provided so much support both mentally and physically for so many but unfortunately, with the current cost of living crisis, times are difficult for people again! Animals enrich our lives and deserve to be treated with love and compassion even more so during difficult times!

I adore animals so anything I can do to improve their lives in my own small way is both a privilege and an honour.

So please join me with whatever you could spare to help me climb a mountain and give a bit back to our wonderful animals.
