My sister has been manifesting new beginnings. She's been working hard to create the kind of life she deserves, and an affordable, clean and safe place to live is on top of the list. Her spirit was LIFTED this week when she was offered a DREAM apartment. All refinished, safe neighborhood, and within her price range. She is CRUSHED to find out that she was the victim of a well played scam. She paid 1st month's rent and deposit (and given a set of keys) on a place that was nothing more than an AirBnb being "rented" by a scam artist. She has packed her apartment, changed her address and cancelled her utilities. This has devastated her emotionally, as she has spent sleepless nights in the pure excitement of this new beginning and fresh start. 
If you even have a few dollars to spare, let's remind her that there are more good, kind and giving people out there than greedy and rotten. WE can help ensure that she gets a new place to start fresh after all, restoring her savings towards another first month's rent/deposit.
