My Sister & Pup Sukibear attacked by Ger.Shepard
On July 23, 2021 my sister Lisa was walking in the park, with her beloved dog, Suki Bear. Her favorite park, where she chased her soccer ball up and down the fields with her and Dave.
It breaks my heart to write this, but in a matter of seconds.... a 90-100 pound German Shepard ran over from 50-80 feet towards Suki, who was unleashed, attacked, and bit Suki. Picked her up while my sister tried to get the German Shepard off Suki. The owner was no where close to nearby or helped. Suki died in Dave's arms, while she drove to the vet. Lisa also got injured during the incident and was treated medically.
Since Suki's death, my sister and Dave have been withdrawn. She has wondered constantly what she could have done to save Suki's life. Joy and happiness has been taken from them... My sister wakes up to a violent image of that German Shepard's biting her baby Suki. Any help would be appreciated.
How can we help her?
She has medical bills, emergency bills, funeral bills, legal bills and recent dog bills before & after the incident. I would also, love to get them a new puppy, when the time is right.
