My sister Jackie and her family

Hi my name is Marielena but most people know me as Mari I am from Miami, Fl and I wanted to make this page to help raise money for my younger sister Jacqueline Martinez who just suffered a hard loss after Hurricane Ian passed a few days ago. My sister lives in Ft Myers with her fiancé Brian and her 3 kids RJ , Madison and Lukas . She has been a single mom for many years until a few years back when Brian came into her life and brought the love she was missing and then blessed her with one more angel Lukas .

She lives in a cozy 3 bedroom with her kids and fiancé and now is completely homeless. The home doesn’t have insurance and with the Hurricane it flooded the house enough to where they had to rip out all the walls and demolish the house completely . In essence the house is old and will need a brand new plumbing and pipe work as well as an entire remodel done . As a family we have come together and we are all offering our homes to Jackie and of course we are strong and we will fight this battle . She didn’t want to ask for help or donations but reality is that she needs it . The family needs it because they need to be able to work on this house day in and day out and so they would need to work less hours . Especially Brian who can do most of the work with his dad but he has a full time job so in order to scale back they need to have some income coming in .

I would like to reach out to my friends and my acquaintances and please share with whoever you can . Any donation can help and nothing is too small . Let’s help this family re build their home . These funds would be to help them get through their living arrangements while waiting to rebuild as well as helping them rebuild faster . No insurance claims are happening because like I said they don’t have insurance . They already went in and started demolishing because they can’t have mold build up inside the home . They had over 4ft of water in the home .
