This is my beautiful, talented, sweet,
faithful sister, Lindee Daniel. 

She has been severely ill, completely 
alone and isolated for over 6 weeks with
Covid-19. Lindee is just one of thousands
of stories not being shared by the media.

She is what is coined a “long hauler.” Her symptoms have ranged from high fevers, body pain, insomnia, tho extremely 
fatigued to the point of feeling like she is
dying. Sometimes her head is radiating 
extreme heat - yet no fever. Other times a fever - yet chills. She has hallucinations and bizarre frightening dreams. Eating is something she has to force. Doing the 
smallest task, reading a text message - 
becomes difficult and confusing. Her 
oxygen levels suffer daily. Lower than 
normal on any given day - leaving room 
for concern for long term brain health. 

She has suffered all the active symptoms of Covid-19 - yet none are apparently 
bad enough to be offered a bed in a 
hospital. Doctors do not know what to
do with “these people.” 

So she has been shut off from the world 
and help. She cannot work. Obviously. 

$1200 long passed.

Her unemployment has yet to be 
processed. 

She sits, lays, sweats, cries, panics, 
worries, alone in an Airbnb by herself. 

She is in Nashville. We, her family, are in 
California. 

I am no longer sitting back doing nothing while my sister suffers alone. I’ve been 
there and it’s the worse feeling in the 
world. 

The only thing my sister should be 
focusing on is getting better. Not her 
bank account running out and not even
wanting to go see a doctor or go to the
hospital for fear of another bill she 
cannot pay. 

I know we are all hurting right now.

sister right now. Even to keep her safely 
in the Airbnb she is in for the
time it takes to get through this - will 
be a blessing. And yes - we her family 
are all doing our part.
