My sister and kids need some help

Hi my name is Matthew today august 8th a terrible tragedy took my brother In law from his family he was at the lake with his kids and he drowned his son Seth tried to save him but didn’t have the strength to pull him up outta the water as he was the only income at this time she needs help to be ok tell she can figure her next step any help would be deeply and greatly appreciated thanks and god bless
