Help my severely disabled Mom payoff medical debt

Our story:
In March 2022, my Mom was admitted to the hospital due to an internal infection. Within hours, she became septic and slipped into septic shock. She spent 11 days in the ICU on a ventilator with 50% chance of survival. They saved her life in the ICU with norepinephrine, however she suffered a rare complication from the medication that caused her to loose circulation in her extremities, and a result she is now a double amputee (2 below the knee amputations) and she is in the process of losing both hands; we've been waiting a year+ for the hands to auto amputate. He hands and fingers are completely dead tissue. It's a rather intense, debilitating and difficult thing to see.
My Mom requires round-the-clock care as she is unable to walk, use the bathroom, feed, bathe, administer medication etc. without assistance. My Dad works full-time to continue earning income and medical benefits, however medical insurance does not cover the significant (non medical) caregiving needs my Mom requires, and so caregiving services have been funded nearly completely out of pocket and at significant expense. Because of the high level of care my Mom needs, she hasn't been home since this nightmare started in March 2022.
Our goal is to sell my parent's house, and use earnings to 1) relocate them to a much smaller and affordable home, 2) hire at home caregiving services to supplement care the family provides, 3) pay down medical debt
