My Senior Bowl to represent USA

Hello Friends and Family! I have been chosen as an all star offensive running back to represent our great country against the Mexican National College All Stars, in the Aztec Bowl, in Monterrey, Mexico on December 9, 2016. The Aztec Bowl is a College Division II/III post season bowl game that has been played since 1954. It is designed to bring together the country's top DII and DIII college seniors to Mexico to play on the All American Eagles team against the Mexico All Stars. Over 30,000 fans attended last year's event and attendance is expected to top that this year.
As all of you know, I began my youth football career playing popwarner in Fullerton with the dream of playing college football after high school. I never wavered from that goal and pushed my way through high school as a running back at Troy, earning many team and league awards. I got the opportunity to attend the University of La Verne and play football all 4 years ago, where I was welcomed with open arms and earned a spot as a starter my freshman year, a ring and all conference at my position when we won the SCIAC Region my junior year, and Captain my senior and final year. The friendships that I have made through this sport will be with me the rest of my life and I am forever grateful to have been nominated by my current coaches and chosen to represent our country in this game.
Since the school is unable to cover the complete cost of the trip for the 4 players chosen from my team, I am asking to please consider sponsoring me for my trip. As a broke college student, will need funds for: Player fees, airfare, a camera, site seeing and any other incidentals that may come up. This is an opportunity of a lifetime that I don't want to miss out on, so I would be forever humbled if you would help me with any donation you can afford!! It's a tax write off for those of you that may be inclined to give.
