My Rescue Greyhound has broken her foot

Hi my name is Simon after waiting for almost twenty years to have a grey hound and in my later years found myself in the position to be able to look after one properly she melted my heart the minute I met her I took all my naubours kids up to make sure indi was child friendly and she was she learned in the first 10 weeks most basic instruction had to teach her there was other types of dogs and to be calm around cats getting ther on that side one day we took a walk around the local play area when she slipped on a plastic bottle and broke her foot not having a dog before didn't know what to do my Narborough cam to the help fortunately I had some insurance but know were what I needed no one tells you how expensive vets are she is such a loverly dog great personality and let's every one stroke and play with her as I have ill health great company but my universal credit does not meet the bills at the minute if I rase more than I need the surplus will be donated to local greyhound rescue to help people like me
