Please help! Our absolute world is poorly.

Hi everyone,

I don’t usually ask for help, but right now my family is going through something difficult. My mum has recently started chemotherapy, and we've been doing everything we can to support her emotionally and practically. However, between taking time off work, hospital visits, and keeping up with everyday bills, things are becoming financially overwhelming.

My mum has been a foster carer for the last 15 years and is classed self employed. Now that it's her time in need and the government can offer no help whatsoever.

Anyone that knows my mum would no she'd hate to no that I'm doing this and she would be very embarrassed but my mum has helped so many people in her time and while she's going through treatment she can't work which is fostering.
