Hi,

My name is Monce and someone ran over my dog Rocky yesterday and left the scene of the accident. Rocky is severely injured, and his Pelvis is fractured. He needs urgent medical care.

He is in extreme pain. The vet expenses are going to be more than $5000(Estimated cost below). which is not affordable. We have already spent more than $500 on his X-rays and painkillers. Please help Rocky so that he can be back on his feet. Without this surgery, Rocky will not be able to move. It's hard to see him lying in one place. He is very playful.

My neighbor's camera captured this accident. Link below.
