Hello everyone, as you know, I've been in Ukraine for the past 3+ years fighting the Russians to preserve their democracy and right to self-determination. Part of the reason I have had the strength to keep fighting has been my partner Alina, who has been my anchor through all of the ups and downs of service here.

My dearly beloved has been fighting chronic pancreatitis for the past year, and her condition has been steadily getting worse. She has recently come out of a nearly month-long hospitalization, where the doctors in our area have struggled with her treatment. They do not have the resources or expertise to deal with her issues.

Those resources and skills do exist in Kyiv, and while I can pay for her continuing treatment when her condition is stable, I cannot afford to pay for the treatment she needs to improve her condition on a combat support soldier's paycheck.

I ask for your help to get her to Kyiv for the treatment she needs to actually get better.
