My parents took all my life savings without my consent.

Last summer, me and my mom were having a conversation about the house debt my parents have to pay. She asked me twice if she could borrow some money. I was super hesitant at first, but eventually agreed because I believed they only needed a small amount, maybe €3,000 to €5,000 at most. I wanted to help, and I trusted them.

But things didn’t go how I expected.

It turned out they used my entire life savings. I wasn’t given a clear breakdown or proper explanation of how much they would take, and I felt a lot of emotional, immense pressure and was guilt tripped into saying yes. It didn’t feel like a real choice.

To make things worse, I had already lent € 3,000 to my brother around the same time to help him move out to a new place. I gave that willingly, but I never imagined I’d be left completely drained financially soon after.

I’ve already tried seeking help. I visited several law firms in my area, but unfortunately none of them were able to take on the case or offer any legal advice. I also tried reaching out to my bank, but there's no response from them at all.

Now, I’m trying to rebuild from nothing.
