On June 25th, 2025, my mother and stepfather lost their home and belongings to a house fire. Luckily, no one was home at the time of the fire; however, they lost their beloved pets in the fire and are devastated. While the structure of the house is still standing, everything inside has been destroyed. They literally have to start over from scratch.
