My old roommates ruined my credit!

Hi, my names Abisha! I’ve had three roommates move into my house and left without notice and didn’t pay their portion of the utilities. Now I’m 3,000 dollars in debt and my credit is destroyed. I’m looking for help since every attempt to get their portion of the bills has been to no avail. I would never ask for help if I didn’t need it. I’ve moved to Memphis just get away from people like them. Help if you can. Thank you.
