I am riding from London to Brighton off road! As some of you may know, I had a bad accident in 2023 leaving me with a badly broken leg (in more than one place) and a dislocated knee, up to date I have had 3 operations, and the surgeons said I would not be able to ride my bike again - I have been determined to prove them wrong! This will be my biggest ride since my accident, so please help me make a difference for the British Heart Foundation!
