As you may or may not know, I am working on my fourth novel, presently called Wounded Hearts.

The upcoming novel, Wounded Hearts, explores the journey of two unlikely companions, Ned Hannigan, a butler who has lived as a freeman for 20 years and Jamie a servant's child, as they navigate the struggles of homelessness in 1850s Massachusetts.

Wounded Hearts is set in the Boston/Cambridge area in Massachusetts in the 1850s. Though I hesitate to say too much more about the story till it is finished, it is enough to say that it centers on family, whether it be blood relatives or those we choose, and sheds light on themes that resonate deeply with our own experiences.

Soon it will be ready for the first round of editing. Some of you in the past have generously financed these efforts. I'm hoping that will be the case this time around as well.
