My nephew Valentino is fighting for his life. Open heart surgery yesterday. He is 11 years old. Nobody can advocate for themselves at that age in the hospital. He is being raised by his older siblings after tragedy already struck this family and took their mom. Just as everything was smoothing out, the oldest three siblings doing an excellent job of raising the youngest, starting new families of their own with two new additions to their own families, tragedy struck again with Tino struggling and possibly needing a transplant.

I have watched these kids circle their wagons and rise to the occasion time and time again. They are fighters. They had to drop everything… new jobs… raising new babies at home… to go to the hospital to advocate for Tino. If you can… please give.... even $5…. They have dropped their everyday lives to advocate for their brother. I am so proud of them.
