On Wednesday next week (13th September) I will be venturing to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro in memory of my mum. When I was 18, we had planned to go on this journey and conquer the mountain climb together. Unfortunately, we never followed through with the trip and we never got to go. It was a missed opportunity, and one that would have created life long memories so when I was given the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro with Capital International as part of their Huruma Project, I jumped at the opportunity.

I would like to raise money for Hospice Isle of Man who were incredible in the care they gave to my mum during her time there and also for the Huruma Project which is part of the conscious Capital initiative to help children at the Huruma orphanage in Tanzania.

I’d really appreciate any kind of donation towards these great charities!
