My mum is in ICU and I need help

Hi, my name is Ethel and I need help to raise money for my mother who is currently in ICU. She is in Sydney for a holiday to see her grandchildren, which she has not seen for three years because of covid. She just arrived two weeks ago, and a few days ago she became really sick. She went to emergency and the doctors found a rapture in her bowel so she had to quickly go into emergency operation. They told us that we got her into the hospital just in time because if we have waited one more day we could have lost her. This is an emotional and stressing time considering she did not have travel insurance or medicare so we have no choice but to pay all the medical bills directly. I can't sleep knowing that I nearly lost my mum and also this financial burden on me is too much for me to handle. I would really appreciate if you can help me. Every dollar counts, thank you so much!
