My mother was scammed and needs help.

Hey everyone,
I hate having to do this, but here is the situation.
My mother has been the victim of the Norton Anti-Virus scam https://www.nbc15.com/2022/02/02/scammers-go-phishing-with-antivirus-scam/ . She knew she hadn't signed up for it but wanted to make sure she wasn't being charged. So when she contacted them directly, they assured her they would help and took her information. Within their agreement that they would not charge her my mother said yes to their requests with out realizing that the yes she made would be to a zelle transaction . For those who know , if you authorize a zelle transaction it is nearly impossible to get it back . They got the total of $3000 dollars from her that she had just gotten to help consoledate some out standing bills . For anyone who knows my family, knows we are not rich. I mean rich in spirit, snark, and pluck. But very cash poor. This money was basically everything she had. I can do my best to help, but I am not raking in the kind of money that I could toss off the loss of $3000 as no big deal .
I am asking to help recoop the money my mother lost as well as the fees she will be receiving thanks to a lot of the bills she tried to pay bouncing.
Any amount is better than what is currently had and I will also be selling some other items elsewhere.
Thank you all for listening.
