Help! My mother was scammed again!

Hi, I am her daughter Jen.

My elderly mother has been suffering since her initial scam in 2019. Her brother has now passed away from covid and she isn't well herself. Unfortunately, she answered the wrong phone call and a scammer got her on a gift card scam. AGAIN! He had her download a screen mirroring app and tricked her into buying gift cards to get her money back from her bank app. There is no way to stop these horrible people and they never seem to get caught!

Bills are piling up, she needs expensive health care and my uncles few belongings have to go through probate still, which I need help with as well! There is no end in sight. This man took all of her money and the situation is dire. Every dollar helps! Please know how hard it is to have to write this once, let alone twice! We need your help, friends! Please share as much as possible! I can't do this alone!
