My Mom's Fight with Breast Cancer

My name is Stephanie, and my mom was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer at age 51. Her treatment will be very aggressive, including chemo and a mastectomy. She started her first chemo treatment today, March 13th, and full treatment will last about a year.

Due to the intense treatments and harsh side effects, my mom will not be able to work nearly as often, which is already causing financial stress.  She recently used all her extra resources to buy a wig and scarves, as she is really nervous about her inevitable hairloss. I live 300 miles away from her and am unable to be with her as much as I would like during this very difficult time. I want to do anything I can to help her.  I am reaching out to help raise money to relieve some of the financial burden and cover expenses other than medical (car payment, cell phone, and other household expenses). 

Also, right now my mom really needs positive energy.  A card, uplifting message, prayers, anything to lift her spirits would mean so much to our whole family.

The bills are already piling up, but she is trying to be so strong. Please help me try to take some worry away from her during this very hard time. Any amount is so greatly appreciated.
