January 28, 2023, at around 2:00-2:30 in the morning, my Mom and Bonus Dad (Beth and Farrell Henson) woke up to their house on fire! PRAISE GOD, they were able to get out of the house safely, along with all 3 dogs safe as well! I can’t even put into words how grateful I am to my Heavenly Father for keeping them safe!!

As thankful as we all are for them still being here today, and that material things can be replaced… WHEW! They lost everything! Those material things are EXPENSIVE!!! Especially all the medical supplies, medications and mobility devices!! Of course, family on both sides, are rallying around them and offering whatever we can. Waiting on insurance companies, well, most of us know how agonizingly slow that goes. Red Cross has offered some assistance, and for that we are extremely grateful! Unfortunately, it just doesn’t even come close to meeting the mark for what’s needed to replace medical necessities!! Not to mention, just the things that you don’t even think about until you don’t have them anymore!

These two are the most amazing people you can know! They are true followers of Jesus and their faith hasn’t changed! They hate asking for help of any kind, but this is just a different situation! So on their behalf, I’m asking for what ever you can possibly give! Each and every cent will be a blessing!
