My Mom's Struggle With Cancer

As most of you all know, my name is Renee, and I'm making this Go Fund Me account for my mom, Monica Thibodaux.
On January 23, 2018, my mom was involved in a car accident and was brought by ambulance to Thibodaux Regional Medical Center for neck, back, & chest pain. While in the emergency room, she had a catscan done and the doctor found thyroid nodules.
On March 6, 2018, after having an ultrasound and biopsy done, the doctor diagnosed my mom with Thyroid cancer.
In the midst of this devastating news, she had to go to physical therapy for her neck & back pain from the wreck. She also had a torn muscle between her ribs from the seat belt that healed on time.
After completing physical therapy, the pain in her back didn't go away, so the doctor did an MRI and found out that she has bulging discs at L4&5.
On March 27, 2018, my mom had surgery to have both of her thyroids removed.
On May 7, 2018, her doctor called and said that her blood work still showed cancer cells, so he sent her to the Thibodaux Cancer Center and she met with a doctor there and they told her that she will need an ablation. (Radio active pill)
On June 13, 2018, my mom will be going to the hospital to take the radio active pill. The doctor told her that she will have to be in isolation for over 3 weeks.
Once her treatment is complete, she will have to go back to physical therapy to do needle therapy on her back and also, she will have to schedule her eye surgery that she had to put on hold due to the thyroid cancer.
It's so crazy to me that it took my mom getting in a wreck to find out that she has thyroid cancer. God really does work in mysterious ways!
She is literally the strongest woman I know. All that she has been through and all the times she wanted to give up, she fought back even harder!
So, I'm making this Go Fund Me account because she is single and only has one income, will be out of work for almost a month, and she has personal bills and doctor bills coming in left and right. Just the thyroid surgery itself was $38,000. She won't have to pay the whole amount, but she will have to cover a portion when that bill comes in.
