My mom Boots Caparas has MS for almost 20 years now.  she's been in and out of the hospital for almost 3 years now and recently her health turn for the worse. She has lost so much weight, can't walk and eat anymore without assistance.   My sister and I are asking for kind hearted people for some help on her hospital bills and medical expenses.
