My Missing Voice -Red Deer

My name is Terrence Chapman, I am a 25 year old living with Cerebral Palsey which has effected my way of life significantly. I use my power wheel chair fitted with a custom Head array to control my mobility. I also use a Grid Pad which allows me to communicate. Without these devices I would have never been able to graduate High School or attend 5 years of college earning my B.A in English. After college I worked at WATTS Project for 2 years.
Unfortunatly these devices are broken and to fix them the quote is close to $5000. I was funded by Alberta Aids to Daily Living for the purchase of my chair but they will not fund for the repairs. 
As I am unable to operate my power chair or my grid pad I have been stuck at home for 3 months and I have not been able to have so much as a conversation with my friends or family.
I am looking to raise $4562 to repair my chair and thus I can get back to being a productive member of society.
