My little squeaky needs help

Hello, my name is sabrina, and I have had my little guy named squeaky since he was a baby and he is now 3 years old. Since April, squeaky has been sick and in and out of the vet, but my vet doesn't know much about them and no one in Canada will help him, they will put him down...my vet is willing to try and learn, I have a vet in the states who agreed to do a consultation with my vet to help him out which means I have to pay both vets...we discovered my squeaky has dental disease which is effecting all 4 of his incisors, they are very wide and gapped and he has issues with them, we also found that he has an enlarged heart, displaced trachea, his mediastinum is widened, a mediastinal mass and more. I need to do routine teeth trimmings for the rest of his life, they cost over 300 each time..they don't recommend removal of the incisors because of his condition, and each vet visit is a risk. I now have to take him in for a CT scan and a ultrasound and the ultrasound alone I was told is $1700! They need to see if maybe it was just fat they were seeing and they are gonna try and aspirate it . I don't know what to do. I am spending all of my savings to make sure this little guy gets the help he needs to get better. I love him more than life. He's costing me a lot and I only work a seasonal job and supposed to be putting away for winter. I am selling my truck I just bought, to help pay for his bills.

Please, every bit helps, if you could help me help him, you would be helping save his life. I need him in my life..I raised him from the time he was a baby.
