My Liam has a Luxated Hip

Our 3 year old husky shepherd Liam has a luxated hip. We were just playing fetch in our backyard on Thursday (11/18/22) and the unthinkable happened, and we are devastated. He's our little baby boy and he's in so much pain.
We took him to an emergency vet but they were unable to re-locate his hip and is now in need of surgery. And the closest available surgeon is 4 hours away and we are so terrified of his pain and hope the surgeon will be able to see him tomorrow. It was a truly horrible experience to hear and see him in a such a way and we will do anything to help him heal as soon as possible, which includes making this gofundme that I never thought I would be in a situation to create.
We do okay fiancially usually, take each month at a time like a lot of people nowadays, and this surgery will likely take everything we have for the next couple of months. And that's fine I don't mind budgeting ourselves more than we already do for our boy and his pain but I am afraid that we won't be able to provide or him along his healing journey.
So I'm reaching out in desperation for some help. Anything would help. The surgery, we think based off basic research, will probably be 2500+. We need to buy ramps so he can get in and out of the house, a hip sling to help him move, we need to be able to afford medication, and possibly have physical therapy in the future. We're looking at 2-3 months of recovery time. And I'm just so scared for him and sad that he will never be the same. All becasue he jumped for the ball I threw him while we were playing and landed wrong. It's been a fucking nightmare. I just want his time healing to be focused on getting better. I understand that asking for money in this current economy is a lot, but I will try and do anything at this point.

He's a sweet boy who loves to sit in chairs like he's a human. I raised him, hes my baby boy, he's been my constant companion, he's my protector, he's my cuddler, he's my dog. And I am his person, he chose me, you know? I need him to be okay. Please consider helping him.
