Last year, a local sheriff’s deputy entered my home without a warrant, and I was arrested for obstruction after calling 911 for help. Since then, I have been fighting what I contend is a malicious prosecution by my county. More recently, evidence emerged indicating that the same deputy engaged in a pattern of online stalking and harassment targeting me and my family through an anonymous social media page.

Because of these developments, I have had to file for a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) to protect myself and my family and retain legal counsel for both my ongoing criminal defense and civil proceedings.

Day to day, this situation has taken an immense physical, emotional, and financial toll on my family. Navigating drawn-out court proceedings while managing daily safety concerns and family needs has made maintaining normal work schedules nearly impossible.

How Funds Will Be Used:
All contributions to this campaign are voluntary gifts to support my Legal Defense & Family Hardship Fund. Donations will be used at my discretion to cover both direct legal expenses and essential living costs while I navigate these proceedings, including but not limited to:
Direct Legal Expenses: Attorney fees, court motion filings, hearing transcripts, subpoenas, and process servers.
Case Preparation & Open Records: Open records requests (FOIA/GA Open Records Act fees), document retrieval, evidence analysis, and case research.
Personal & Family Living Expenses: Offsetting lost income and missed work days due to court hearings, attorney meetings, medical/doctor appointments, and essential living expenses (housing, utilities, and daily household needs) during this extended legal battle.
Future Legal & Civil Proceedings: Any additional legal fees, filing costs, or associated expenses that arise as these cases progress.
With our upcoming TPO hearing on October 20th and the ongoing criminal case dragging out, these cumulative expenses add up rapidly. Carrying this financial burden alone is no longer possible.

Any contribution or share helps keep our legal defense moving forward and provides stability for my children during an exceptionally difficult time. Thank you for standing with us and supporting our fight for justice and accountability.
