My Journey with Neuroendocrine Carcinoma

My name is Chris. I've lived a blessed life with a loving family, the sweetest wife and the best job where I get to work with amazing kiddos. On February 6, I went to the doctor for a hurt shoulder. After a few weeks of tests and a hospital visit, a neuroendocrine tumor was discovered on my right lung and I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma. Needless to say, we were shocked.

Due to the aggressive nature of my disease, I have not been able to function on my normal schedule and spend my days being cared for by my wife and my parents. I miss my boys at my job, I miss my coworkers and I miss our church. This journey has very quickly taken so much from me.

In response being asked by several people who are willing to donate to assist us, I am opening this GoFundMe to make an easier avenue for people to help. We cannot thank you enough for your support, your prayers, your cards, and your gifts. Knowing that we are surrounded by so much love has helped us to stay positive and determined through this journey. Thank you all.
