Hi My name is Craig and I am a track and field coach as well as a masters track athlete competing in the M35 division in both the 400m & 200m.

Recently I was selected to represent Great Britain at the European Masters Track and Field Championships, to be held in Maderia, Portugal in October. This is the very pinnacle of masters athletics and a huge honour for me. After placing 1st at last years US Championships and 6th at the World Championships later that year, I have strong hopes to finish higher up and challenge for medals this time round.

As many of you know, I am self funded athlete without any form of sponsorship. And unfortunately in order to attend these European Championships, we must pay our own way. Which is why I’m asking for your support with the journey this time around.

Any money raised will be put directly to my airfares, accommodation and expenses while competing out in Madeira. It is a 12 day Championship and as you can imagine, it will be a fairly costly experience. But with your support, I’m hoping for it to be a very successful one.
