My Jewish Grandfather with Parkinson's Needs Help

Donation protected
Meet Marty Maayan, my adopting jewish american grandfather for the last 8 years.
We met in Sarasota, FL when he was still able to walk with a cane for short periods of time... Now, parkinson's has got to stage 5, not able to walk anymore, have a wheelchair and a hospital bed in the living room instead of a couch.
Living in a small 2 bedroom apt in a complex has its cost, no room to use the wheelchair, high rent, parkinson's episode after episode.
Marty just turned 79 years old on July 8th, he dreamed that night that he is dying...

Marty and his wife Carmen are trying to find a house so he will be able to have a room and space that can fit his needs, a house that will have room to bring a dog that he was dreaming about for so many years but don't have room for at the current apartment, a house he will be able to come out to the backyard on his own and get some fresh air...

but this is something they are just dreaming about, because they don't have money or credit due to his health situation. Carmen can't work a full time job because she has to be on call when he is going through an episode.. the healthcare system is supplying very little help and sends a caregiver for just 2 hours twice a week.

I want to help them to get into a house and be able to pay the first month, deposit and show enough money for few months in advance as they got declined with every house they seen.

I was able to find resource to pay the rent of the current apt just by the end of August, so I aim to help them to get into a house by September 1st, 2019.
