My partner was detained by ICE on Wednesday the 28th at 8:00 a.m. while on his way to work. Out of fear, he ran. One of the officers caught him, threw him to the ground, kicked him, and hit him with his knee on one of his ribs, then took him away. Since that day, he has been denied medical assistance, and we have not been allowed to see him or know his true condition.

I work as a lash technician, but my job is very unstable. I usually only work on weekends, and many times I do not have any clients at all, which means my income is extremely limited. At the same time, I am still studying and do not have the financial means to handle this situation on my own.

Right now, attorneys are asking for around $15,000 just to take on his case. On top of that, bond amounts range from $2,000 to $15,000, which is a separate expense. In total, we need to raise approximately $30,000.

We have no savings, no financial support, and no other way to move forward without help. Any donation, no matter how small, will help us pay for legal representation, cover a possible bond, and fight for his freedom and rights.
