Hello, my name is Daniela, and I’m asking for your help for my grandmother, Aida, a 73-year-old woman in Venezuela.

Aida’s life changed forever a few years ago. After a surgery went wrong, the implant in her femur broke, leaving her unable to walk properly and living with constant pain.

This week, tragedy struck again.

She suffered another fall at home and fractured her other femur in the exact same way. Now, she is completely bedridden, in severe pain, and unable to move at all.

A specialist in Venezuela can perform the surgery that could restore her mobility and dignity—but we cannot afford it alone.
