Grandma died Jan 6 & She's still not buried

My Grandmother died Jan 6, 2020, and still not buried

I’m so sad to say that my grandmother, Carmen Gisela Pavlovic, is still in the morgue at a local Calgary Funeral Home waiting to be buried alongside her husband who died in 1988.

Unfortunately, she didn’t have much, so there was no estate money to bury her, and the rest of my “family” is not able to assit. So, I’m really on my own trying everything I can to raise the last of the money to lay her to rest.

I’ve already held 2 fundraisers at a local establishment, and managed to raise a LARGE portion of the total cost for the funeral.  But I’m still short $3,000, and Coronavirus just stopped my plans for another fundraiser.  And, unfortunately, to top it all off, I, like so many other  Calgarians, was laid off my job yesterday.

I really need to get my grandmother buried, and let her rest in peace.   These are tough times right now, but if there is any way you can contribute, I cannot express how grateful I could be.

Her name was Carmen.  She was born in Venezuela in January 20, 1934.  She and her husband came to Canada in 1973 where they stayed and raised a family.   She was someone who would do anything within her capacity for anyone. She was a devout Catholic and truly one of a kind.  She was my grandmother and I’m trying to help her “Rest In Peace”.   Thank you.
