Hello,

My name is Chris Krawiec, also known as Krzysztof. I am 44 years old and I need your help. Nearly two years ago, I nearly died from sepsis, a life-threatening infection. Thanks to the amazing doctors at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, I survived and received a new liver. But my kidneys failed and I need a transplant soon. Luckily, my mom is donating her kidney to me 100% match!

Some of the tests and treatments I need are not covered by my insurance. I also have to pay for transport, diet, and rehabilitation services. That’s why I am asking for your generous donation today.
