My name is Natalie. I'm a 34 year old Trans Woman based in the UK. I came out after realising I was transgender 3 years ago. The journey has been a tough one. Accessing Gender Affirming Care on the NHS is nigh on impossible and I've been privileged enough to get some help in being able to access Hormone Replacement Therapy - which has been life changing for me!

However, getting the Gender Affirming Surgeries I need is so outside my range of affordability. And so, I come here.

I struggle daily with Gender Dysphoria. Ideally, I would like to be able to raise enough money so I could afford Facial Feminisation surgery. This would allow me to finally feel at peace with myself and would greatly improve my quality of life.
