Hello everyone,

 

my cousin , who wants to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, has come out to me last year.

Unfortunately my cousin lives in a country where he is very unsafe and would face very bad consequences if someone would find this out. He is not able to live freely in his own country and he is in danger for being gay. 

 

Ever since I found out I have made it my mission to get him to The Netherlands where he can be safe and build his future.

The only way I could think of was getting him into school here.

He has done his tests and exams and got accepted to a Univerity of applied sciences.

 

However, we found out that due to him not being European means that he has to pay alot per year for his education. He is not eligible to any scholarship (we have checked this multiple times). Also the school wants to have it at once, because he can’t pay this with a Dutch bankaccount since he doesn’t have one yet.

 

 He is having a hard time collecting all the money. I am a student myself and have sent him some, but The Netherlands also wants proof of financial stability , which is too much for me to sent + I obviously also don’t have that much.

 

We are now trying to collect 25000€ since GoFundme will take a percentage and every single cent that we have extra will roll onto his next years tuiton fees.

 

I really hope you can help him out, I really wish to suprise him with some more financial support especially in Pride month this would be such a great suprise to see how many people are willing to support him!
